Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to remove the Paver Blocks laid into the plot of the petitioner, EWS-A-5080, Tamilnadu Housing Board Colony, Avaniapuram Housing Scheme, Madurai. [Prayer is amended vide order dated 15.12.2016 made in M.P (MD)No.3 of 2011].

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to remove Paver Blocks laid in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.Kathan Raju,learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the respondents have already removed Paver Blocks.

3.Considering the representation made on the side of the petitioner, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.
