Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 21-04-2011 in Tha.Aa.Po.Ka/Kumba/E1/792/10-11 quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to treat the petitioner as Junior Assistant from the date of his confirmation as Clerk in the 2nd respondent Corporation i.e. from 01-06-1993 and to give additional increment, all monetary and consequential benefits including periodical review with effect from 01-06-1993 and accordingly re-designate him as Senior Assistant with effect from 01-11-2006.
