CMP(MD) NO. 18845 of 2025 2022 dated 29.11.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special District Judge, Madurai, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the order in M.C.O.P.No.1044 of 2022 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court.
