This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Life Insurance Corporation of India, Trichirappalli, to return the documents pledged by the petitioner for the purpose of taking housing loan.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Life Insurance Corporation of India would return the documents to the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No.40/3T, Mahathanapuram North Village, Mahathanapuram Thithampalalyam, Krishnarayapuram Taluk.

3. The first respondent is directed to return the documents to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
