Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the Notification in Na.Ka.No.1374/2012/C1, dated 16.09.2013 and to quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to give due opportunity before taking a decision on the alleged encroachment of the petitioner's property at S.No.157/6B, Ochathevar Street, Usilampatti and further direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to cover the drainage found in front of the house enabling to ingress and egress their dwelling house and thereby render Justice.
