This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the first respondent from laying a service line across the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.515/3A,3C,3D at Mullankurichi Therku Vattam, Kadukkakadu Village, Karmabakudi Taluk, Pudukkotai District. ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus forbear the first respondent from lay a service line across the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.515/3A,3C,3D at Mullankurichi Therku Vattam, Kadukkakadu Village, Karmabakudi Taluk, Pudukkotai District. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent would submit that there is no such proposal to lay service line in the afore-said property, as the application submitted by the second respondent to lay service line through the petitioner's property got cancelled.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
