Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2013 and thereby direct the respondents 3 to 5 not to interfere into the civil dispute subjudicied in O.S.No.302 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi at the instance of the respondents 6 and 7.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and the second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2013.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner with due notice to the private parties.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.09.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition as well as any other interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the said representation along with this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
