O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.3.2013 seeking to declare the Petitioner's probation w.e.f. 2003 along with all monetary benefits.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is to declare the probation of the Writ Petitioner with retrospective effect. However, the Petitioner was allowed to retire from service on 30.4.2017. Further, it is informed that the terminal and retirement benefits due to the Writ Petitioner had also been settled. 3.Under these circumstances, the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation in respect of his service benefits, if any grievance exists, as of now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
