ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 22.10.2025 and provide police protection for the erection of solar electricity transmission lines in the Panchayat road, as he has been awarded the contract for laying the transmission lines by the award dated 11.08.2025.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that certain villagers are opposing the erection of the transmission lines and inspite of the representation made by the petitioner, the respondents have not taken any action. 2/4

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, if it is found that the petitioner has been awarded the contract to erect the transmission line, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025 after giving notice to all the parties concerned and take appropriate action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
