The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.192 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that first respondent police is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.
