Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 11.5.2012 in Na.Ka.No.A1/1207/2008 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/6230/2013, dated 23.8.2013 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to pay the retirement benefits and pension from 1.7.2011 to till date and continue to pay to the Petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner states that the order of punishment is under challenge in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.However, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the District Collector in proceeding, dated 10.12.2015 considered the grievance of the Petitioner and cancelled the order of punishment and sent proposals to the Commissioner for Revenue, for appropriate action. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the respondents are directed to consider the settlement of retirement and other benefits as early as possible.

3.With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
