[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The delay of 197 days in filing the above writ appeal is explained in the last portion of Paragraph No.11 of the accompanying affidavit.
According to the petitioners / appellants, since the service particulars of the writ petitioners were sought from various offices, wherein they were working during their service period and for collecting the details, the delay has occurred. Since the implication of the order passed by the learned Single Judge has ramifications in respect of the other employees also, it is stated that there was a considerable delay in filing the above appeal. Taking note of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 197 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
