3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the sixth respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Murasu, in Madurai Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 06.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 26.03.2026.
