The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the appeal, challenging the judgment of conviction made in Spl.S.C.No.52 of 2020 dated 09.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
