Heard both sides.
2.It appears that the writ petitioner's family had planted quite a few palm trees in the petition mentioned survey number. The petitioner is not having any patta for the same. He submitted an application and the same is pending for consideration. It is for the authorities to take an appropriate decision regarding the patta application. However, I make it clear that the palm trees that have grown in the petition mentioned survey number shall not be cut or felled for any reason. 2/4
