ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner submits that the name of the fourth respondent's husband has been entered in the medical record maintained by the third respondent as Ramesh. According to the petitioner, Saranya's husband's name is Raja. Ramesh happens to be the petitioner's husband. Therefore, she wants the said medical record to be corrected. 3.Whether the name of Ramesh has been wrongly entered or not can be questioned only by Ramesh and Sarayana. I can understand if Ramesh is not alive. Ramesh is very much alive. Therefore, let Ramesh come before me and then, the matter will be considered on merits. 2/4
4.The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of locus standi. No costs.
