ORDER
The charge memo dated 06.01.2000 issued by the second respondent is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the department had already conducted enquiry and passed final order in the disciplinary proceedings on 24.06.2016. 3.Thus, the cause arose for filing of the Writ Petition became vanished. However, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the petitioner submitted an appeal against the order of punishment and it is for the Appellate Authority to consider the appeal and pass final orders. 4.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition.
