ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate IV, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No. 1703 of 2025, dated 01.07.2025 by conducting a proper preliminary enquiry and registering an F.I.R.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent has already complied with the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1703 of 2025, dated 01.07.2025; and that an enquiry report has been filed before the concerned Court on 10.10.2025.
