ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC and 66(D) of IT Act, Crime No.11 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory 1/4

bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused contacted the defacto complainant and cheated him of Rs.26,93,980/- by claiming that if he invests in a company named B WAY SUXES E COM PRIVATE LIMITED, the money will be doubled. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.This Court granted interim anticipatory bail and directed the petitioner to cooperate for the investigation. It is submitted by the Government Advocate (Crl. side) that the petitioner never appeared before the respondent even for a single day, thereby, the petitioner has violated the condition of interim anticipatory bail.

6. Since the petitioner has violated the conditions of interim anticipatory bail, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 18.02.2026 TMG TO 1.The Inspector of Police, CCD-III, Theni.
