The case on hand pertains to the service of the third respondent as a poosari. The petitioner alleges that the third respondent had manipulated the age record. The right of the petitioner is not in any way infringed. Only a person whose interests are at stake can maintain a writ petition. The third respondent is not alleged to have acted against the interest of the temple. In these circumstances, I do not intend to interfere. The writ petition stands dismissed.
