Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the correct address in the Birth Register and certificate of the Petitioner's son, namely, Krithis (Reg.No. B-2023.33-16177-001114 dated 23.05.2023) as "Easwaran Kovil, Kothirapatti Post, Iluppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District" instead of "Malaikudipatti".

2.The petitioner wants to make certain corrections in the birth register and certificate of his son. In this regard, representation was already given on 22.09.2025.
