ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.486 of 2025, dated 14.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
