states that even though he sent registered letters thrice to the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner, there was no response from them. Under these circumstances, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is not in a position to get along with the writ petition.

2. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
