************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner complaints that the second respondent herein has committed an encroachment in fourth cross street, Visalakshipuram, Madurai. He has already submitted a representation dated 30.09.2013 to the first respondent.

2.We direct the first respondent to enquire into the said representation and cause inspection of the street in question and if any encroachment is noticed, the first respondent shall issue notice to the second respondent and take action as per law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
