totalling 23,31,634/- along with statutory interest, by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 within time to be fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to settle the terminal benefits of Provident Fund amount of 14,27,426/- and other pending dues under Due by Staff Suspense amounting to 9,04,208/- totalling 23,31,634/- along with statutory interest, by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.09.2025 for the very same relief. The said representation has also been directed to be considered by the 2nd respondent in the communication of the first respondent dated 18.09.2025.

3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 as forwarded by the first respondent on 18.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
