2.The third respondent has been running a dealership ever since it was allotted to her. However, it appears that the petitioner's representation which was given to the respondents 1 and 2 has not been specifically dealt with. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Since the representation is made by a named person, it is always open to the first respondent which is a Central Government Corporation to make appropriate verification in accordance with law.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
