By relying on a sale deed dated 11.02.1975 and patta No.913 issued jointly to several persons, including the petitioner's husband, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of a survey of 3.50 cents in survey No.204/1B. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Government Advocate submits that an inquiry would be conducted after issuing notice to all the pattadars under patta No.913 and thereafter, he states that a decision would be taken.
3. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the 2/4
petitioner's application for a survey after issuing notice to all the pattadars under patta No.913 and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from these persons shall be taken into consideration before a decision is taken. A speaking order shall be issued within three
