ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The petitioner seeks a Mandamus, directing the respondent to refund the advance deposit of Rs.10,14,500/- pursuant to the e-auction sale conducted by the respondent on 27.12.2024 relating to loan account A/c.No.5863256000003.

2.Mr.C.Deepak, learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondent, points out that in reply to the legal notice issued by the petitioner, the bank has responded stating that the amount has been forfeited.

3.In light of the order of forfeiture dated 14.06.2025, the question of issuing a Mandamus does not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to take such measures as he may be advised to challenge the forfeiture, in accordance with law.

4.This Writ Petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. No costs.
