ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Crime No.732 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
