ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondents impugned communication No.SCN/1049474636/25 dated 01.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent not to take any steps to impound of the petitioners passport bearing No.AB406434 dated 11.06.2025 by considering his explanation dated 10.07.2025."

2. The impugned order dated 01.07.2025 is only a Show Cause Notice, to which the petitioner would state that he has submitted his explanation. The petitioner has to await the orders of the 1st respondent, without doing so, the petitioner has filed the writ petition. 2/4

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
