The Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the I.A.No. 2 of 2025 in R.L.T.A. No. 04 of 2025 on the file of the court of District Court of Appellate Rent Tribunal, Tuticorin.

2. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. An appeal had been filed against the order of eviction in which the petitioner had also taken out an application to stay the operation of the decree of the Rent Control proceedings and the same is pending.

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Appellate Rent Tribunal, Tuticorin, to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in R.L.T.A.No.04 of 2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
