*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The memorandum dated 18 September, 2013, sent by the Tahsildar to the petitioner informing him that he is an encroacher and that he would be evicted in accordance with law is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

2. The second respondent has not passed any order of eviction, so as to give a cause of action to the petitioner to file this Writ Petition. In case the petitioner is an encroacher, he would be evicted only in accordance with law.
