This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment in Criminal Appeal No. 108 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, dated 17.10.2025, confirming the judgment made in C.C.No.149 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, dated 05.08.2023.

2. Heard Mr.K.Guhan, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

Mr.K.Guhan, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner seeks time to file an application before the Court below for the certified copy of the judgment made in Criminal Appeal No.108 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, dated 17.10.2025, confirming the judgment made in C.C.No.149 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, dated 05.08.2023. He further submits that as and when the certified copy is obtained by the Revision Petitioner, the same will be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit and in this regard, he prays two weeks time to file the certified copy of the said judgment. 3/6

4. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Court grants two weeks time to produce the certified copy of the judgment made in Criminal Appeal No.108 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, dated 17.10.2025, confirming the judgment made in C.C.No.149 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, dated 05.08.2023. On such production, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and put up the Criminal Revision Petition "For Admission" on 01.12.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
