O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4069/A2/2010, dated 18.03.2011 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to approve Mr.P.R.Thituppathi as the secretary of Sri Shanmuga Vilasa Kalaasaalai, Natchanthupatti, Pudukottai District, based upon the representation made by the petitioner, dated 25.05.2010.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the appointment of the fourth respondent as the Secretary of the petitioner Educational Agency. The term of the Secretary is for a period of three years and apparently, the term of the fourth respondent has come to an end.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be considered at this point of time. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition are is closed.
