ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2025 under the criminal Law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs Govt of Uttarpradesh and others reported in 2014 (2) SCC 1.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents, submitted that based on the complaint, an enquiry had already been conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is directed to obtain a copy of the closure report by approaching the competent Court, and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs.
