ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash Charge Sheet in C.C.No.107 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, as against the petitioner herein. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, to complete the trial in C.C.No.107 of 2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
