ORDER

The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 13149/2025 dated 07.10.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.50000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the condition (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 13149/2025 dated 07.10.2025.

3.This Court is inclined to modify the condition (b) imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.13149/2025 dated 07.10.2025. 4.Accordingly, the condition (b) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.13149/2025 dated 07.10.2025, ie., "(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the credit of the Crime No.247 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. On such deposit, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by this Court dated 22.09.2025, is made absolute. The deposited amount shall be kept in an interest accruing account in any one of the nationalized bank. ", is modified as under: "(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to the credit of the Crime No.

247 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. On such deposit, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by this Court dated 22.09.2025, is made absolute. The deposited amount shall be kept in an interest accruing account in any one of the nationalized bank.

The other conditions imposed by this Court are confirmed.
