No.11989 of 2023 by imposing necessary conditions directing the respondents herein to appear in the proceedings in C.C.No.3 of 2023 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Usilampatti, as and when specifically required.

ORDER

The present petition is filed for modification in the order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.9464 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11989 of 2023. This Court already granted interim direction from dispensing with the personal appearance of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

accused before the Trial Court. Based on the said order, the accused is not appearing before the Trial Court for trial. The trial is posted on 06.02.2026. 2.The appearance of the accused was dispensed with only for the time being. When the Trial Court has initiated the trial proceedings, the accused is bound to appear and participate in the trial. Therefore, the accused is directed to appear in person for all hearings in the Trial Court without fail.

3.With the above said observations, the criminal original petition is ordered and the conditions are modified as stated supra.
