(in both the petitions) For Petitioners: Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, Advocate For Respondent: Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) COMMON ORDER The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.1084 and 1218 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 11491 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.887 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is evident from the records that this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.1084 and 1218 of 2025 modified the condition and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month.

4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition further. Hence, these petitions are dismissed.
