This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 herein from in any manner interfering with the Petitioner's right in the land and building in S.No.1022/2, Ward No.26, bearing Door No.1 and 1/1, 5th Street, West Ponnagaram, Madurai, during the pendency of appeal filed by the Petitioner pending before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the statutory authority was disposed of as early as on 22.08.2011 itself and the writ petition has become infructuous and the petition may be closed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
