PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to include the property in Survey No.169/1 to an extent of 0.20 Ares of lands in Ponnamarathi East Taluk, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District in Patta No.3050 in online portal of the respondent. The petitioner asserts that land in survey No.169/1 of an extent of 20 ares was assigned to the petitioner and that the revenue records have also been mutated in the name of the petitioner. However, it is stated that the petitioner's name has not been included in the online records relating to the property. After submitting a representation in relation thereto, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. On instructions, he submits that the Commissioner of Land Administration is empowered to consider such request in view of the large extent of the property.

3. Therefore, the Commissioner of Land Administration is suo motu impleaded as the fifth respondent in this Writ Petition so as to enable further action.

4. The petitioner has placed on record documents pertaining to the assignment and patta No.3050 in respect of survey No.169/1. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Commissioner of Land Administration to consider the petitioner's request to include the petitioner's property in the online portal. The petitioner's request shall be considered and disposed of within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
