By relying on a sale deed dated 30.10.1969 and patta No.1152, the petitioner asserts title to 1 acre and 93 cents in survey Nos.457/4 and 457/2. The petitioner states further that such land has been used for purposes of laying a road. After submitting a representation seeking compensation in respect thereof, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the ninth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
