ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.133/2025 in accordance with law within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3.
