Heard both sides.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is for directing the authorities to consider issuance of patta to the writ petitioner in respect of the petition mentioned survey numbers.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced copy of the proceedings dated 03.10.2025 issued by the Tahsildar, Madurai North Taluk whereby the petitioner's request has been rejected. The petitioner has to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to canvass all her contentions in the fresh writ petition to be filed by her, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
