ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to pay the petitioner his salary arrears for the month of November 2010 and 9 days in December 2010 and also to restore the petitioner in his original seniority position in the Department of Computer Science in the Respondent College.

2. The learned Counsel for the writ petitioner states that without any valid reason, the salary due to the writ petitioner was not paid for the month of November 2010 and 9 days in December 2010. Further seniority in the original post on the date of the appointment is also denied to the writ petitioner. 3.In the absence of any valid reason, the salary due to the writ petitioner cannot be deferred and it is surprise that the salary due to the writ petitioner for the month of November 2010 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and December 2010 had not been paid so far.

4.Under these circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 18.06.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation and a copy of the representation dated 18.06.2011 and documents, if any, along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition, to the respondent. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
