ORDER
Considering the fact that the suit filed by the first respondent is for recovery of his commission amount which cannot create any charge over the suit property whatsoever. The suit 'B' Schedule property in which the petitioner and the 2nd respondent along with his brothers and sisters had entered into a Joint Development Agreement. Hence, without impleading the petitioner herein as necessary party in the suit, the suit had been proceeded with. Therefore, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
2. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Revision petition, if it is otherwise in order and post on 07.11.2025, under the caption for admission.
