: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to remove the encroachments in No.39 Sempatti, Public Works Department Tank No.88 at Sindhupatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with a grievance that the fourth respondent has not taken any action to remove the encroachment in respect of the tank bearing No.88 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situated at No.39, Sempatti, Sindhupatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. We direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16 September, 2013, on merits and as per law with notice to all the encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 16 September, 2013 along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the fourth respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
