2.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to grant an order by exempting the Revision Petitioner from surrendering pursuant to the judgment in Crl.A.No.26 of 2023, dated 25.09.2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur confirming the judgment and sentence passed in C.C.No.60 of 2022, dated 15.02.2023, on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur.

3.In view of the order, dated 25.11.2025 passed by this Court in suspension of sentence application in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16370 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1405 of 2025, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
