ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represents that the petitioner is no more and therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by the power agent of the petitioner, who, according to the petitioner learned counsel for the petitioner, had already got power from late.Nawab Alikhan.
2. Under such circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the power agent of the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. No Costs.
