Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue an application form to enable the petitioner to apply for the CAN PENSION loan and consequently direct the respondents to consider the same within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
